Teresa Riggan
Originally from Nashville, TN, Teresa began doing Mosaic Art about 10 years ago. Her work is based on the Venetian style mosaic art form of doing pictures with glass tiles. She has won awards for her work in Tennessee, South Carolina, and New Mexico. Her works have been sold accross the country from the Carolina's to the California coast.
